Child Safety Standards

I’m Looking For: Meet People is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Our platform is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to create or maintain an account.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

We strictly prohibit:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexual exploitation or grooming of minors
• Sexualized content involving minors
• Requests for sexual content involving minors
• Sharing, requesting, distributing, or promoting CSAM
• Attempts to move conversations with minors to other platforms for sexual purposes
• Any behavior that facilitates or encourages child sexual abuse or exploitation

Any content or account that violates these standards may be removed or suspended immediately.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report accounts, posts, messages, or other content directly inside the app. Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation are treated as high-priority safety reports and may result in immediate account restrictions while the report is reviewed.

CSAM Response

If we become aware of apparent CSAM or credible evidence of child sexual exploitation, we may:

• Remove the content
• Suspend or terminate the responsible account
• Preserve relevant information when legally required
• Report the matter to appropriate regional or national authorities
• Cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and child safety organizations

We do not knowingly permit CSAM on our services.

Age Restrictions

I’m Looking For: Meet People is an adults-only service. Users must confirm that they are at least 18 years old during account creation. Accounts identified as belonging to users under 18 may be restricted or removed.

Safety and Moderation

We provide tools that allow users to:

• Report users
• Report user-generated content
• Block other users
• Control who can interact with them

We review reported content and may take enforcement action when our Community Guidelines or applicable laws are violated.

Cooperation With Authorities

I’m Looking For: Meet People complies with applicable child safety laws and responds to valid legal requests from appropriate authorities. Where required by law, suspected child sexual abuse material or exploitation may be reported to relevant regional or national authorities.
